When I bought my 225 it came with 20x10-9 rear tires. With theses tires you really lost a lot of top end speed. Riding WOT in fifth gear with 20 inches tires is like riding WOT in forth gear with the original tires. But I was able to do a power-wheelie up to the fourth gears. I say buy 22 inches tires and to gain stablity install wheel spacers or offset rims.

I run 9 inches wheels from a Yamaha sport quad on my 225 now. These wheels have a +1 offset built into them.

Incase you don't know, you can flip the wheels around and it will widen the stance (valve stems on the inside).

Depends on what kind of terrain you ride on. If you ride in the woods, on trails with rock's ect, I'd leave the 22's just for clearance. I run Kenda Klaw's (22's) on my DX and love them.
