350x exhaust opinions

I just got my new daily rider and it has a cobra exhaust on it. Well just like the one i ripped off my 86 200x, its gotta go. I see there are a few different options on ebay, my 86 350 has some unknown old school megaphone looking thing and i love it because its almost like a stock muffler without any guts, but it doesn't pop and carry on as much. So anyway this new ride has 1200.00 in motor parts/labor and supposedly has a stage 2 cam. I can say after riding it with the bald 22" tires in the snow it would most likely burn my 86 350 without a whole lot of trouble. So anyway i dont think a stock pipe would be good for this motor so i'd like to get something that is high flowing but wont wake up everyone in a 3 mile radius when i ride it at night.
