Hi everybody, I have a 1983 ATC 185S, I'm looking for a good condition seat pan with all the little tabs on it to secure the cover. Does anyone know where to find one? Let me know, thanks alot

you can probebly find an ok seat on ebay, BUT the taps will probelby not be in good shape. some will but about half of them will be too thined from rusted to be used. i know cause it took me 3 months to find one on ebay that was in usable condition for my wife's 185 I'm about to start working on in 2 weeks. (once i finish and sell the 200s)

185 is different from the 185s and won't work. Nice 185s pans are hard to come by and bring good monies when you find a nice one. I sold one for $70 on eBay last summer.

185 and 185s seats a few years ago were cheap and plentiful. Now that more people are fixing up or building 185 based machines, they have pretty much dried up. Good luck on ebay as several members on here are also looking for deals, so you'll probably be bidding against several people. Maybe do some calling around to your local dealer and see what they have sitting on the shelves. Some really neat pieces have been found at old dealerships. Good hunting.

I forgot some members on here have had luck with ATC heaven from Australia. They have reproduction pans for the 185s:
