for your 200x you can use a extra front axle. it's the exact same threads.

It may seem like your having to turn it to much. Sometimes them flywheels are on there pretty good. If you got the axle, just tighten it up until it snugs agains the crank, and then just keep turning. Just make sure it's the crank keeping it from going in any further, and you don't have it cross threaded.

If you don't put direct pressure on the center, consider yourself a hack. Something will suffer; An airgun and correct bolt do the trick.

Go to any Import auto dealer after measuring the bolt. I wish I could tell you the pitch but it's probably 1.5MM

I believe my 200X/350X pusher is a Toyota upper control arm mounting bolt.

Nice goes a long way sometimes, if you can get it in your truck and drive to a dealer, you only need to buy a bolt. It's not a puller, it's a pusher............

Could someone post up the bolt size and pitch for this guy to make life easier please? I can't do it tonite............

EDIT - You almost MUST have an air impact to remove this along with the right bolt.

^ Then your gun isn't strong enough. I'm sorry but I've removed a hundred flywheels without any issues aside from the 250R that has to be threaded in ALL THE WAY with it's LH threads and oiling the bolt or puller bolt helps............

You do not have to have an impact. I removed three flywheel's within ten minutes that were not even mounted on a bike with a 3/8's inch drive ratchet. You just got to put some umph in it.

Sorry but, then those were never tightened down properly. You cannot hold the flywheel so ratchets just spin the motor over. How do you think we find TCD?? By the flywheel bolt and you can't put umph into it if you can't hold the flywheel.

    Just my opinion............

In the past I held the flywheel with one of those rubber oil filter strap wrenches and used a ratchet and got the bolt out. It was a pain in the ass and broke the strap wrench by the time I was done. Now I have an impact gun and it takes about 2 seconds to remove the bolt. Use grease on the end of the bolt or it will just hit the end of the crank and not thread in any farther. With grease on the end it will spin on the end of the crank and thread in farther.

Well, i never said i held the fly wheel down. I put a penny between the clutch and oil pump gears. These were virgin motors, i was the first to take them apart. All three.. it can be done.
