newer parts that fit tecate's

I'm kind of in parts ordering limbo on my 500 tecate project, so I thought I would give up a list of newer bike parts that I have found to be a direct bolt on for a 86 tecate.

Front master cyl.....2005 YFZ 450 Works great, love the lever feel! 20.00 e-bay

clutch lever and perch.....2005 YFZ 450 looks sweet, and has a quick adjust! 15.00 on e-bay

Shroud screws.....2005 YFZ 450 slightly too long, but a disk sander handled it. 3.00 each, pricey, but they look perfect.

Fuel petcock.......2003 WR450F Slight mod on the mounting holes, but almost a direct bolt on. looks factory, has a reserve, and only cost 35.00!!

Brake hose clamps....2003 YZ125 fit perfectly 3.00 each

Thumb throttle....1988 suzuki quadracer 250r NOS 25.00 e-bay fits perfect

I haven't found a ft brake line yet, but I can tell you a '05 CR85, '07 CR450, and a '03 YZ125 dont fit LOL. thinking of modifying the yz because the slider portion is the correct length. ith bottom part of the hose needs to be about 4-5 inches shorter. a hydraulic line repair shop should be able to shorten it for me, but we'll see.
