drag trike project

Hey everyone. I'm obviously new to this forum. Not new to 3 wheelers tho. Started on a tri-zinger at 18 months old. Currently have a '86 250r that i'm turning into a drag trike.

The motor is mostly stock, except for a ESR pipe. The rear swingarm was stretched 6". It will prolly keep it how is until dune season is over. Then i plan on building a 310, high compressrion, major port work, and running on alcohol.

Hey good to see someone from close by. Im in Elkhart, my dad is in middlebury and there are a few other members right here in northern IN/ lower michigan. If ya ever decide to get rid of that black tank let me know. im going to need one for my 310 drag bike when i rebuild it. A bunch of us are going up to three rivers michigan this sunday for the old iron dirt drags. I'll be on my 86 atc 310, my old man will be on his tiger 500, then t3 lopes, tecate-z and some of their friends are also going up there, one of which has an atc 330. theres several "regulars" up there that have 3 wheelers also. if your interested in going up there let us know. It'd be a good chance to meet several board members all at once. Even if you dont race it'd be a good time. admission is $8 and racing is another $15.

I'll be on my 86 atc 310, my old man will be on his tiger 500, then t3 lopes, tecate-z and some of their friends are also going up there, one of which has an atc 330. theres several "regulars" up there that have 3 wheelers also. if your interested in going up there let us know. It'd be a good chance to meet several board members all at once. Even if you dont race it'd be a good time. admission is $8 and racing is another $15.

sunday...I just might be able to do that. time and directions to the place? mine isn't race ready at the moment still trying to get my gear/tire combo right. would love to come watch...and ask a million questions

Cody directions are really simple take US 131 north thru three rivers Approximately 4 miles. You will see a concrete plant on the right the next road is Muskrat rd make right across tracks and you are there. If you get too schoolcraft you are 3 miles too far north. they will have a sign out for old iron motorcycle dirt drags. if you want you can follow me up from middlebury I leave here at 7:30 am so I get my spot but practice starts at 10:30 normally tech closes at 11:30 racing starts around 12:00 Dale
