Will a 82 XR200 carb fit 83-85 200X? what size is XR carb?

as the title says, will a 1982 XR200 carb fit on a 84 200X with no problems or mods needed? i know you have to stretch the intake boot.
what size (mm) is the 82 XR200 carb?
is this an oem honda carb or a cheap aftermarket knockoff? (see pics) thanks.

EDIT: Basically is this a good quality carb (keihin, mikuni)? i dont want the cheap chinese aftermarket carbs on ebay.

Xr 200 carb will work im pretty sure. But I remember reading on here that there is a specific year you need or else it wont work for some reason. I remember reading someone saying the 1990 xr carb was a direct swap. Although its only a 26mm? , the stock 200x carb is a 27mm according to my micrometer.

The carb should either say mikuni or keihin on the top somewhere if its name brand. I have one of the cheap chinese carbs from ebay (29mm) and its been doing great so far. Actually a big improvement over the stock carb.

yea i remember dirtcrasher was saying a 1990 xr200 carb and intake manifold will work.
    the 1990 XR200 carb is only 26mm? i thought it was like a 27, or 28mm. the 83-85 200X is 24mm.

im a little scared to get the chinese carbs from ebay. i may try it out though if i cant find a XR200 carb. im just worried it will break or something will go wrong the day i buy it. i have heard of people buying them and saying they works fine though.
    thanks.

Oh I didnt know that the older 200xs had 24mm carbs, my old 86 carb measured 27mm though. As far as i know the xr carbs were 26mm, that would be better than stock still though. The chinese ones are cheap but do work great once you get them tuned in, I didnt have one problem with mine yet.

yep 83-85 X's are 24mms. now i am thinking the xr200s are 26mm. i think i may have heard something like its hard to get internal parts for the chinese carbs, or the jets or something are different so you cant change jetting. idk maybe im not remembering it right. i may try one of them. thanks.

Well on mine it uses all honda replica parts, I have swapped a few jets out with oem honda jets, the floats look almost identical also. Only thing I didnt like was the spring in it was STIFF. I had to go to the hardware store and buy a weaker spring so it wouldnt break my new motion pro cable.
