NH Ride...Bear Brook and Pawtuckaway State Parks

Cuda and I made our way up to Bear Brook State Park in NH today.

Got a solid 5 and a half hours of riding in and took some cool pics.

Weather was perfect, cloudy, heavy fog, but it never really rained on us which is good.

Put about 2 full tanks of gas through both machines. Have no idea on the acutual mileage but these trailes are groomed snowmobile trails so 4th and 5th gear powerband was the speed of choice.

On one of the loops, we came across a big open hill type thing and it was like we were in heaven. Spent some time there and took a lot of pics.

There will be quite a few pics and such to try and get you guys out to come up to NH when we go riding. This has been one of the most fun times i have ever had riding.

EDOG...look at the snow in pauls tire. Took that picture for you...You should come out next time, we dont bite...

Melkie and DC, you guys missed a good time, thats for sure. Hopefully we can get together soon and hit this place one more time with you guys.

Enjoy the pics, feel free to comment on whatever.

Ill try to link the pics here, and give you the link to the album if you want to view it that way.

    MIke

Sounds like you guys had a better wekend than we did. We had one serious injury which resulted in a helicopter ride to the hospital, a 250R with a dead engine, a broken fiberglass fender and a trailer fire.

, sorry to hear about the weekend. Paul mentioned something about reading someone got hurt out west.

Chris, Z ran great. Only lost 1 bolt (the wingnut that holds the air box cover on) and the strap for the shock ressy.

Hows that beast of a 350x do up at Raffas? You in better riding shape this time???

I had to use the fenders off of pauls old triz due to registration stickers and paper work taped to the inside of the airbox cover. It looks better with the other fenders with yellow accents.

I was wondering about the fenders. those look good but the yellow JT decals go better with the whole theme of the bike IMO.

Oh Mikie.. everytime I ride it I like it more and more. lots of torque!!! Hangin off the side WOT is a freakin rush dude!!!!

A few Zs up there ran across some issues..

Melted the rear brakeline with the exhaust.. other than that it didn't miss a beat!

We all gotta hook up and ride again soon. That place loooks awesome.

Just outta curiosity.. what do out of state guys gotta do to not get hassled by the man?

Yeah, we couldnt let you NY/PA boys have all the fun....

was ripping those hills up. figures the one time he messes up was on video. 2nd gear whined out for the R and 3rd gear whined out for the tri-z to make those hills with a jump at top. Any higher gear bogged right out.

These trails as you can see are like highways on some areas. I bet we did 50 miles of trails easy.. plus the sand hills.

    nice pics dude...

$72 for out of state ATVers in Nh. stickers go from june to june though.

No hassles otherwise - tons of places to ride up here. Alot of trails..... a NH sticker allows you to ride legally in VT as well.

We are always looking for more trikers..

My R needs a good tune up. Rode that thing hard all day...

Mike - You did great on those trails. I rode as fast i could on the way back and you were always right behind me the whole trail. I thought it was really funny that you would setup the long runways for those water crossings. A few times i could have ditched ya, but i know there were a few times you could have passed me when i was in the wrong gear and such. Thats the way i like to ride..Good stuff...

Those luge type corners were just awesome. Very different from any other winter riding i have done in the past...

leftie took all the pics... Now that i am thinking about it, i might be up for a 1/2 day rip up to pawtuckaway trails. I had so much fun at bear brook, I might want to check that park out too before the snow is gone. Looks to be some more vistas and such. I just checked the status and all trails are open.....

I wont be riding at all in march as I will be in seattle most of next month.

KFX - we need to setup a Maine pit ride in April too... Get some of these MASS trikers up there.

edit -thats right - im good for 2 pics per ride.
