how are you going to shift if the stock shifter will be behind your heal?

i'm not using the stock shifter & will post pictures soon of the new one i've made along with the stretched brake pedal. I cut the swinger after the dog bone to avoid tig welding, the new shock needs to be a couple of inches shorter to make up for the new rake.
We spent hours last night looking at the sprocket alignment, overall judgement is as its only 4mm out so a small spacer will pull the chain over - that was more luck than judgement

thanks Eric. I went to my local breakers to find a rear shock, after a long debate with the owner I bought a Showa with a remote canister which we think came off a CBR 600. I'll finish off machining the dog bone today, fit it & drag here outside so I can get a side on pic to post up. Getting close now

Looks pretty cool
I hope you can get it to handle nice.
I've got those tyres for motard on my quad. You will need to ensure the tyres and rims are balanced as they can vibrate at high speeds.

I think they come from your side of the pond, Kenda Speedracers? They were the only tires i could find that were road biased & in 12"/8"
