Seat Pan and Cover Question 185s

What would be the best way to attach my seat cover to the metal pan? The tabs are rusted off, but the pan is ok otherwise. I thought about using resin to attach the cover to the metal on the underside. What do you guys think? Any suggestions or comments greatly appreciated. this is for a 1983 185s.

You could try a glue,Or pop rivets.Tigers use pop rivets and they work good.

I have had success with leather glue, or try some carpet glue/cement.
Although,I have used the glue on pans that are plastic or fiberglass or steel.
Use what tabs you can and glue the other areas that are broken.Just be sure to prep the pan surface with a good cleaner, like prep-sol or rubbing alcohol so the glue has a good chance of sticking.
