    83-84 blue atc 110 questions?

Ok i am getting a blue 84 atc 110 tomorrow, and a very nice one at that. What was the reason that Honda produced these in blue? Were there more 83 or 84 blue models produced? Are they some sort of special edition, or limited edition model? And lastly do you like them for their rarity, or do you really like the blue color? Or do you think they are ugly? I just want to find out some accurate info on this 110 so i know what im really buying.

My blue 110 is one of the machines I recently had to sacrifice in the name of space and funds to complete the restores I am doing.

When I bought mine I was told the the 84 's were more rare. Not sure why honda produced that blue?? I like them because they are different than ALL the red ATC's of that year/era and the blue is nice looking.

If you get all the plastcs with no cracks especially the rear you are ahead of the game becuase they are tough to find.

    Good Luck OC

Other smaller or lesser known companies, such as Tiger ATV, Franks, and Cagiva, produced racing three wheelers, but in much smaller numbers. Few of these machines are known to exist today and are highly sought by collectors.

I like them because of both reasons, rarity and color.

UGLY, heck NO, they are sweet machines !!

I think they were just made for Xmas time but not positive.

Be sure and post a few pictures of it.

The blue ATC 70s were made for christmas (woops "holiday" ) dealer giveaways and not for sale. The blue 110s were production models.

Mine is probably the last of my collection I would let go....it is an 83 model. They are really cool and in my opinion - very rare.

I can not say for sure why Honda made blue ones.
