You can use a cam from an S90 I found mine on Ebay. K&D cycle in Yuma was a good source for parts I built a stroker with parts from them ended up 13:1 beast!!!I got an S90 race cam off Ebay along with a Joker tube frame and Bandito h/d axle . I set it up with a 185 front end - needed the second brake. Wish I had pictures of it but this was before I had access to a digital camera.

Your frame looks like the Joker I had. I don't know if gold was common for a/m frames but mine was also gold.

That frame is a Pauter Machine frame. They are in Chula Vista Ca and are still into the VW engine stuff.
If you get stuck for a big bore kit, you can use a piston out of a Honda CB125J. There is a little bit of machine work to do to the top of the piston and a rebore. They are 56.5 mm and will give 124cc's.
There is not enough difference in Honda 90 stock cams to make a difference in performance that you will feel. An aftermarket cam is the only way to go. Watch Ebay. Don't get confused with these 110 pit bike parts, though. They are not the same at all.

Whys not start with a atc125 engine or trx125 ('84 and '85 fore sure) same thing but 5 spd with reverse and no H/L. Then big bore them.

What kind of machine work is needed on top of cb125 piston. Just to lower compression or something else. Im not a bike guy but does it have to be the cb125j. I am assuming there is other cb125's.
