    Spare parts put to use.

I was tinkering in the shop and put this together. That's a defective tire with less than 5 miles on it, off my 400EX when it was new, and a 200S sprocket. The 43T sprocket is almost exactly 9" so it fit pretty good.

Howard, I used 4 little sticks of wood about 4" long, probably 1/2 by 1/2" and they stick past the tire wall and the screw tightened the sprocket down on the tire bead. The sticks are in an "X" pattern with the center cut out for the clock movement.
