    Please tell me what year my yt is

    ok, i have just aquired a yt 125, and dont no what year it is, the vin is 21y-002586, and at first i assumed it was an 86, cause of the last numbers, but after looking at other vin's, and now am not to sure, also, i am wondering what i can do to help make it move, i know that i can get it bored, but dont know if i want to do it, i was wondering if i can get a new pipe for it and things like that. Please help me.

    According to my list, 21y is a 1983 yt125, but I dont completely trust it......Someone chime in here..... The yt125 was only produced until 1985
    Buy American! Unless your only option is a HARLEY.

    so it is very possable that it is an 83? but u are not posative? any one else know?
