I wonder if some of the parts from a Nash Kelvinator would work? You might also check on Crosley fridges too.
I'd hate to see some one put a tap through the door. Those old fridges are cool.

Don't do that. That thing is a collectors item big time. Definately worth some big cash. If it is unmolested, why don't you just sell it to me. Tell ya what, I will buy you a brand new fridge and trade even up.Seriously you need to preserve that thing or sell it to the right person and take your cash and get you something else. That is a rare antique and very sought after in the midwest.
