    1951 International Harvester Fridge (now well "stocked")

    We scooped this for free. Works awesome. Its a great beer fridge. Anyone know forums for this type of stuff is. We need a handle and cant find one anywhere.

    Lets see ----An International "Fridge"
    A Chrysler " Window A/c Unit

    Ive googled it, came up with no good forums.
    Looked on ebay...nothing but ads.

    I think we are just going to screw a latch to the side.

    I wonder if some of the parts from a Nash Kelvinator would work? You might also check on Crosley fridges too.

    Don't do that. That thing is a collectors item big time. Definately worth some big cash. If it is unmolested, why don't you just sell it to me. Tell ya what, I will buy you a brand new fridge and trade even up. Seriously you need to preserve that thing or sell it to the right person and take your cash and get you something else. That is a rare antique and very sought after in the midwest.

    Here is a sight where you can get info on IH = International Harvestore and put up a for sale notice post and get it sold or get more info on it.
