I too have been searching for one. Everything I have found out about them states they are poorly designed and too weak for their intended purpose. It would be cheaper. easier, and better in the long run to get one of those self contained bush hogs you can push or pull with an ATV. I want a Terro Pro from a collectors stand point. I think OrgangeShee has one of those mowing decks I am refering to.

When I lived in Charlotte I bought one in pieces for $60 bucks. I mean basket after basket case. It was all there so I spent a few days and put it all back together. Parts for these things are HIGH and few and far between. It's like a Warrior engine but with lots of vacum lines for the governor and tons of cables. I had to sell it before moving here. I still have the baskets though.

I know this is a old post. But I purchased a terrapro this past spring w/ a 42" finish mower. Its a tank, love the mower, replaced the blades as they are identical to the "woods finish mowers". The govener works well and mows great.

It is a slow machine, 35 mph seems high for this thing. To attach the mower to the 2 pt. hitch is a huge pain (I left it on all summer). Oil changes are a bare as you have to do pto pump, rear diff., regular engine oil, and then oil capartment where the chain is.

I would highly suggest purchasing one, they are a lot of fun and you can take of the attachment and put around on the trails w/ it.

If you have any questions feel free to shoot me a pm and I will try to give you a heads up!!!

    Take care,
    Chris
