that would be my best bet. that oy make it so you can mount it to those huge bolts that hold your rear end in.
down to parts because i no longer have a place to ride trikes.

no dont weld it to the axle. if you weld it to the axle, the hitch will constantly be spinning around in cicles when you move forward.
(lol srry for bein a smart ass but i just couldnt resisit)
but yea id either weld it to the axle housing or make it so you can bolt it to the bolts that hold the axle housing in place.

www.mfgsupply.com has them. They can be a pain in the ass to put on, but well worth it in the end.

dont weld it just buy one. Make sure they are from a big red, my big red never bends, but my 83 200 bends ever time i hook up the trailer
