found a bone yard by accident!!!

i dont have any pics yet, but when i go back i will bring my cam with me. anyways, me and my brother went to look for some performance parts for his quadracer and we went to this palce up where we grew up in the town of florida here in new york. the guy does mainly snowmobile repairs and works on atvs now and again. he sells some cool aftermarket parts and stuff too for atv's. so we pull in to the driveway, and the place closed a half an hour before we got there, really bummed. anyways, when we pulled in there was this honda atc200 sitting under an awning, pretty beat up, had a crack i the rear fender, no seat cover, tires were dry rotted and flat, blah blah blah. so me and my bro, got out of the car anyways to take a look at the trike, and on the side of the building i saw some more red fenders so i mosied on over around the corner, and to my suprise there was two more atc200's , nice shape. an 85 r with no rear shock on it, 2 yamaha 225dx or dr's, and a few frames and stuff just sitting there, getting rained on. i saw a fenced in area behind the place so i walked over a peeked thru the fence, and my eyes got about the size of half dollars, this guys has a crap load of beat up hondas and yamaha trikes sitting there, and i even saw a few tecates from what i could see thru the fence. so i am going up there this week during business hours, and i will bring my camera to snap a bunch of pics for you guys. finally, i found an atv boneyard close to me. i am psyched.

Yea, hopefully you will be able to check it out up close, I found a great place last weekend in PA, trikes and trikes and trikes, even an 87 tecate, odyssey, yamaha's, Hondas. Everything I could have ever dreamed about and the guy wouldnt let us look around, he ran a cycle shop and had plans of fixing most of them up with parts from others so he didnt want to really sell anything, even had a mint condition alt50 sitting there. Probably 50-75 trikes there but I could get anything

I hear ya... Talk about getting the heart pumping... I thought I was going to drop dead when I found the one we visited last month... lol to much fun when you have lots to look at.... I came away pretty lucky, since I had over $1200 bucks in my pocket to buy a 86R that ended up being a hunk of junk... I found a couple cool items...

Hey, I was looking at your location of saratoga, and Im wondering if I might have gone to the same bone yard a few weeks ago. Its about a half hour from Cobleskill, and the guy had a ton of stuff. Not sure if its the same one though beacause I didnt see any tecates. He had a ton of stuff in barns and outside. I got some cool hondaline parts for my 250R, and there are a few things I plan on going back for too. Also, if anyone knows anything about the trike with the gray plastic let me know. This place was awesome, and I got a lot more pics if anyone wants them. Anyways, heres the pics, let me know if its the same place

    yea sure ....

Don't tell Mike, the guy will buy the whole place out !

I was thinking of having a look myself though, pretty hard to resist and I like digging for parts, there could be a few hidden treasures.

Chevy, I think the grey plastic one may be a Honda 200 series and that plastic is just setting on there .

How is the owner, a nice guy that lets you snoop all day ? How old is he ?
