Ok I got my K&N air filter today so I got a new plug to make sure it wasnt running too lean or rich. Anyway I pulled out the plug that was in it and that plug was a D8EA and the color is a light tan. So I threw what was supposed to be in there (DR8ES-L) and it looks to be a nice dark tan but I need to run it a little longer to be sure.
What bike is the D8EA supposed to be run on and is it a hotter plug?

They both have the same heat range, i belive the ES-L is just a higher resistance plug.

The "L" denotes a half a heat range. Not sure if it is hotter or colder
The "R" is resistor.
In the US they use the D8ea but in Canada they call for a resistor type plug.
