Is this a good ski-doo? I have an offer that somebody will trade me this ski-doo for a trike and I was wondering if it was worth it, the ski-doo needs some work and I want to now that if I fix it is It a fun toy, are they reliable? Thank you and I do want a fast response.

They're a good machine I've had a 440 and a 399 Panthers. If it has a fuel tank on the back look for cracking or damage under the chrome "holders" both machines I had leaked like a sieve and I never found decent tanks ,ended up custom making racks for 5 gal. gerry cans to run them.

It is a good sled, but the thing to look for is bad crank seals, old sleds that have been sitting usually need crank seals, and carb rebuilding.
