2 Stroke Oil, Safest Mixture So She Dont Blow?

I only Put in slightly less than 4 oz per 1 gallon, thats a litttle less than 32:1
My ? is that I heard theres a difference between the recomended 32:1 - 50:1

Im running KLOTZ R50 at 32:1 through a totally rebuilt motor, all of it. 2nd Gallon of fuel through it. Which was a huge boost in speed and power over the Yamalube I used in the 1st tank.

What is the difference between the recomended 32:1 - 50:1
and what mixture should I run in my Tecate
I heard that the differnce can meen a Blow motor.
Whats the safest mixture for my new 2 stroke motor?

Any info would be good because really all I know is what it says on the bottle, not what it does for the machine, except make it smell good.

Well Honda recomends 20:1 in the R but I always ran Klotz at 50:1 with zero problems. Not sure about the Kawi's but I'd think the same would apply if your jetted for it. I once read an article about running like 16:1 and it had an explination about the oil in the bottom of the crank, but blah blah blah is what I think about thick mixing. If you wanted to be "safe" then stick to 32:1. Like I said tho, mine were safe at 50:1. Just remember that jetting is key when you start playing with your mix ratio.

Sprock racing reccomened 32:1 for the kawi's, I run 32:1 and it feels fine, you will get better ring seal running more oil also, so it is always a good all around mixture, I run HP2 synthetic.

my T3 is mixed at 50:1 on belray HP2. the guy that I bought it from ran it at 50:1. I am gonna go back to 32:1 just for my knowledge that its ganna get enough oil and not seize up on me. and I'm gonna switch to amsoil synthetic 2 stroke mix. my dads a dealer and he can get it cheaper than most.

Ive been told many different ratios and im not sure what to think. People who have great sucsess with there Z's have told me 50:1, while other have said as oily as 20:1 with a synthetic oil. But the people who i ahve got the most feedback from are at 50:1 and 32:1 so i have decided to go in the middle at 40:1. I will be running sythetic blend Klotz supertechniplate. Infact i just bought some today .

Really its a personal choice but it seems to be the recurring theme here to go with a synthetic oil apart from those guys who like i love the smell of caster oils burning.
