    Gold wheel paint

This time I am telling and not asking for a change as I asked twice and no one came up with a paint that matches so I figured SCREW YA ALL and went out on my own paint matching journey.

The exact match for my Yamaha gold wheels is (and I guess it will match all gold wheels) send 1.95 for the answer.

    Thank You

Dude ... did you ever think that maybe, just maybe, nobody actually knows the answer to your question and thats why you didn't get any responses?. Just a thought.

Did you ever think that maybe, just maybe I'm being sarcastic?

Sure I did but find it hard to believe that no one ever painted their gold wheels in all these years that 3WW has been on. Honestly, I don't know how old this site is, do you? Dumb ?, I just took note that your a moderator so you must know. Whats the difference between a moderator and a super one?

While I'm talking to you where do you ride in PA?

You should be thankful you didnt get a whole bunch of responses from people who dont know, which often happens. We dont have have a paid technical support staff standing by, but in answer to your question, NO, Ive never painted gold rims. Most gold rims are not painted to begin with, which is probably why a lot of people have never re-painted them, and if the old factory Yamaha steel ones (which arent offset) are peeling and/or rusted, most people replace them with aluminum ones, because they arent worth the time and trouble of cleaning up up for a quality paint job, and a typical aftermarket rim with normal offset does wonders for them.

Ok, so it seems I'm the only one interested in painting the silver steel ones. At least that seems to be the case.

Seems well worth the effort to me which isn't very much at all.

Anyway, I wasn't going to just leave my 1st post at that and not say. I was just joking around, a little humor, ya know.

It's Dupli-Color Wheel Paint "Gold Finish" in a blue can. To my 50 year old eyesight it matches great!

Even if you don't paint them it's always good to have some touch up, that is if your that picky.

... yes, but you will have to shell out a $1.95 to get the answer.
