Well, I know for the 83-85 200x forks require 7 ounces standard. I always put a few more ounces in to make them stiffer. Some people dont recommend putting more than recommended in, but I havent had any problems. It does help to make it better though. I used a 10 weight Bel Ray Fork oil. If you have a heavier oil, I dont know what would happen. I would keep it standard if you have a heavier oil.
If your forks are 350x, I have no idea how much to put in. I dont think they are a lot bigger that 200x, but you better find out to be sure. Im sure someone on the site should know.
