New guy and new to me motor

Hello all and Happy new Year.

I was given a Honda motor recently with a serial number of TE01E and after researching a thread from this site, I believe I have a 84-87 ATC125M. The motor is a horizontal pull start that isn't locked up but most of the wiring is in shambles. I would like to get the motor running but I'm not sure what electrical is needed to do so.

What would be the bare minimum to get the motor running and functional?

Other than buying a good used copy of the Clymer-published service shop manual or Honda-published service shop manual for your engine, the website manualslib.com has an accessible manual for the 125M
