:finnaly finished my 86 350x with a 440 motor built with a je 416 piston kit and crf front 47mm inverted forks shortened ,rear stock shock has a gold valve and eibach spring bought to my weight, this was my first 3 wheeler build ,i had this 3 wheeler brand new off the honda showroom floor for a graduation present in 1986,i remember how much fun i had after the 1 st month of getting beat up learning to ride her but after that it was game on,i live in the white mountains of NH so i road all year long and i had the stryker rear tires that went good in the snow under 7 inches until the trails were packed down,i am very happy with the build but one thing id like to change is the 300ex rear axle,i had ought a used stock but it was bent and didnt have access to a arbor press @ the time and didnt want this to hold me up since it was the last thing holding me back to break it inn,i have a back ground in machinist/operator so all the mounts i made myself aswell as welding the exsternal aluminum oil tank behind the tank shrouds,in my opinion it was the best spot since the oil cooler and oil lines are a straight shot down to the motor,i used the stock 350x oil cooler amd made my own braded lines, i did use a few tips from matt matts build, at first when i was told the crf forks needed 2 be shortened i had a hard time seeing why but after seeing a few others that didnt i now understand why and glad i did! i tried uploading a pic but 4 some reason it wont do it maybe down the road ill figure tat out
