Are there any other plastics that are close to the 200s plastics? I don't mind fabbing up mounts, tabs or whatever, .. just trying to make it a little easier to get something on this machine.

Maybe some plastics off of another Honda 200???
There are a couple manufacturers of aftermarket plastics, Maier being the most popular.
Bottom line is 40 y.o. old plastics are ....well, 40 years old and there's not a lot of nice sets around.

The 250SX rear fender is similar as far as looks are concerned.
I have no idea if the frame and seat mounts are similar.
Maier definitely has the 250sx fenders available.
Put your butt on the inside fender or end up on the ground!
