New to the board
I am looking for a compatible carburetor for my 85 250es standard bore Big Red. I haven't been able to find an OEM anywhere. I bought the clone and had some success, but bike was running super rich. I did see somewhere that the carb for a 300ex could be used, haven't found anymore info on that. I even contacted 223 cycles but never heard back. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would think a trx300FW would be your best option if you want OEM .

Might need a 300fw throttle cable to .
Little pricey but still available .
The 300ex carburetor I believe has been discontinued .
