1985 250es triple tree bolt

one of the 2 bolts fell out while I was up north. My wheeler is still up there but i forgot to pull the other to get a match. can anyone tell me the size and thread pitch of that bolt?
also my friend has a frankenstien 250 es 1985 and i was looking at it this weekend and the carb has what looks like a primer button on the side. i have never seen one with it. did honda make one with a primer?
