Just finished a run of reproduction kick starters for 86 200X's. Assembled with NOS hardware, made from hardened stainless, they came out great! PM me if you need one.
I'm new to this...I have a quick question....my kick stand folds out constantly and I cant figure out how after I Kickstart my bike to keep it folded back in its been like this for 15 years
Sounds like the spring and check ball which acts as a detent is not there, or it has severe wear. Does the arm wobble a lot? The large phillips screw comes out to disassemble it.
