On my 1984 125M, I plan to order some Honda o rings and then take one to a hydraulics shop to see if they could match it for less money. I'll order all three just in case the shop can't match them. Other than that, I'm at a loss.
I'm finding regular 6.5 inch o rings are over 10 bucks each too. I'm going to order a correct honda o ring and a new front tire. this is for the next 200s project since I have plastics and a seat (new seat cover on its way too). I really wanted to start on the new suspended 185s but not having a seat or rear fender, costs adds up fast.

You're using a split rim on a 200S? Those came with the single piece wheels. Not that it really matters if you're just trying to get it rolling. You probably have more of the split rims laying around anyway.
Partzilla has the O-rings in stock for $12.29. That's hardly worth bothing searching for less. Of course, got to spend at least $150 to get that free shipping so it doesn't eat everything up. You can probably think of enough stuff to cover that minimum though. They sell more than parts. Need some new winter riding gloves?
The worst thing anyone does to the O-rings is trying to seal them with extra goop of any sort. All they need to seal properly is a good and clean surface.

Before I spent upwards of $10 on an o ring, I would consider cleaning and using the old o rings and putting tubes in the tires.
before i'd go to all the trouble take to a welder, weld them solid like rims today and call it a day. I did it once, then powder coated them a nice silver. All issues went away. Plus looks really nice with a new tire
I just tube my split rims. Can never get a good seal. I use the BKT AT119 on the front split rims of my trikes 22x11-8. Aftermarket steelies on the back so no tube or seal needed.
You could always make your own. The kit to do it is going to cost you more than just buying them from Honda.
There's also a way to make custom O-rings from silicone, but again, you'll be out just about as much for the supplies.
