Hey guys (and gals, just in case). I checked valve clearance on my 85 250sx and found the clearance to be a bit tight, based on the instruction in the Oscar mayer manual. Set the timing mark to index mark as specified. Set both to .003 per manual, with a bit of wiggle room on the feeler. Video of the tapping sound i was rewarded with for not leaving well enough alone. I let it cool and the tightened up so more resistance was felt moving the feeler and it sounded a bit better, but not right still. Any advice?
