Seat cover replacement

Going to try this to post a picture of my seat cover.

I know this is an old thread but i am going through the same thing right now.
Any updates or different ways of dealing with it?
I have an atc110 1982 and my totally rusted seat pan seems to have had hooks rather than staples holding the original seat cover on.

Not real sure about your question but if your needing a way to attach a seat cover to a steel pan just use short self tapping wafer head screws .
