1984 200es big red fork swap

Hello ..

Picked up a 1983 200 front end to replace my seized shocks on my 84 big red
What else will I need for the conversion ?
Are the front axle and brake hub assembly the same?

NEWBIE here..With LOTS of questions.
I just picked up a 84 Big Red 200ES,, It needs alot of loving I didn't know what I didn't know when I bought it,
So trying to get it more better.
It needs front shocks. I can't find them ANYWHERE (not rebuildable) Will other years and models fit ??
Any Help Would Be A Help

Welcome dodgedaddie. First off what you are doing here is regarded as "hijacking" a thread although it's a related topic.....no bueno bud. Just start your own thread or search around as I know this has been discussed at length before. Sounds like schmotzy is going about this correctly and will eventually get all your answers for you in this thread.
