I'm once again offering my 185/200 Honda ATC porting. You ship me your head I send you pics once the work is done at which time you pay me and I pay to send it back priority mail. Trail port is 100 race port is 125. My work is professional and immaculate. I've done dozens of these heads and do my best work. Every customer has been more than satisfied with the work and retained reliability of the head. I use a sonic depth checker to ensure there is enough material left between the runner and the valve spring seat and I do work to all areas of the port as needed including the runner, the short and long turn radius, and the bowl. I also do work on the combustion chamber to help improve the flow past the valves ensuring the bigger ports can actually fill the cylinder.
My porting obviously works the best with other mods but I can trail port the head to make horsepower on an otherwise stock engine.
I also port other 4 stroke and 2 stroke engines depending on what they are. If I accept a job it means I am 100% positive I can deliver an exceptional product and you won't be disappointed.

I ported my first Honda 200 at the age of 12 and by 13 I had an oversized carb and welded my own custom head pipe. Many kids in my neighborhood had 185's and 200's and none could keep up thus I started building their engines and it all began. Since then I have worked at multiple performance shops and was the head mechanic at 2 of them. I know what I'm doing but I'm not too proud to turn down something I'm either not familiar with or I know I can't improve on. I absolutely refuse to make money on a job that doesn't deliver horsepower and retained reliability.
