somthing use to be on ebay and in 3ww store. Maybe facebook guys know but its not hard to spacer a sprocket over. Just measure stock location off the swinger then measure 300ex location off the same spot. your number will magicly apear. HRE or ME can run you spacers. I do work for a different machine shop them him but both able to make the same thing. In fact i have multiple sized spacers already bored for 8mm thru holes.

All he needs is 4 spacers about 1" OD x 10mm thru hole and "xxx" length. Tell me lenght needed I'll turn 4 spacers for you and throw in your box. Lotta you guys over think shims and spacers. The guys who design the spacers like to take it to the grave for some reason. I make a drawing and offer the services as it only take a few mins to make.

Thanks guys. I still have to get the axle ordered, won't be able to get a measurement till we get one here. But I would be interested in having you make a set for me once I get that measurement. And I would be more than happy to send some money for your time and effort.

Durablue lists the 350x as available.. it's expensive$400 area. Is there a reason not to use this axle? And use the 300ex axle which requires different hubs then the 350x.. I have 3 sets of 350x hubs.... And I need an axle and carrier already... So what's your advice on this?

I went with the 300ex axle setup pictured above by Harry for a few reasons , I got an adjustable tusk axle for 200$. New 400ex (same as 300 450 200x etc) for 125$ (could buy used one eBay for less I’m sure ) and now I get to use more common sprockets. 300ex 400ex 250r 450r all share sprockets. So I saved money and got newer more upgradable parts. Carriers are the same either way. I originally just used stainless spacers I got at the hardware store. Ran that for almost 2 years until I saw the machines one on the store here. Never had an issue. Good luck let me know if you have any other questions.

That's why I improvised. Tusk axle was 200 hubs were 100. Looks better just as strong and even wider. All for 300bucks. I did buy a new sprocket and axle nuts. Not a whole ton of cash. I used my stock 350x axle nut. I've had bad luck with the posi nuts from durablue. But I'm the only one apparently. And thank for the bike compliment. I dig the way it looks and love riding it.

Yes he had a HRE swingarm. I was there yesterday again and he makes good stuff. You dont need HRE swinger just to run the 300ex carrier. both are the same, just need to swap some parts and have some spacers made. Mutiple ways to do the same things
