    "Honda Red" paint

    I'm looking for any suggestions on what type/color of spray paint is a close match to the original ATC red.

    Sorry if this question is: a) dumb -or- b) has been asked too many times

    I tried searching and didn't find any answers..

    fatbaq,Last time this question was asked,someone(can't remember who)said Rust-Oleum Sunrise Red #7762 was a very close match.I bought some, but have yet to use it.(winter project)Cap color looks close!LOL

    I used Rust-Oleum Sunrise Red on my 350x frame.This is how it turned out.I was happy with the results I got.Especially when you consider your other alternatives. :-D


    Oops I clicked the add attachment twice!Now I have double vision.

    I just picked up some medium red paint at the hardware store to touch up a frame weld on my 250R and the color matched perfect. It also matched my Craftsman tool box almost as well.

    I had the honda passion red color mtched to a dupont color!!

    If you want to give it a nice paint job, you can shoot it with dupont chroma vision base/ clear I color matched to a G.M color (Flame red) it was popular on the corvettes any auto motve paint shop will know the color if you ask for it

    PJ1 makes honda red spray paint and they have suzuki grey yamaha yellow and just about every color you need. I can get you some from my shop and ship it to ya I think its like 7.95 a can though. It is really good paint though.
