What is the Top speed of a 1984 200S

What is the Top speed of a 1984 200S My buddy was on my 86 Moto4 225
and was doing 48Mph and I drove right by him (EASILY) I think I was going around 55Mph or so
Has this thing been fixed up or is that about right?
    Thanks .

I also have an 84 200s. It is in mint condition and I have ridden it only during hunting season for approx. 8 years now. I was very surprised when I bought it how fast it would run. I think that is largely due to it's light weight. Don't know what the top speed is but sounds like you have the same situation.

Oh, yeah - I weigh 220. If you are near or below that weight and your trike is in good condition you are probably enjoying the ole power to weight ratio thing! :-D

80 km = 50 miles, roughley 53 miles i am guessing, but, i was figurin, my 83 200 plain would do 45 miles, and i weigh 117 pounds, so a 200S must be super light!

I honestly wouldnt think that they would break 45, my 02 300ex will run about 53-56, and these old threewheelers werent built for speed. My uneducated guess would be 45 downhill. JMO Kaysen

I think in the 50's, i got an 85 200s that i bought from a guy, i think he might have had it bored out tho, but i'm sure it can break 50, cause my dad drove beside me in his truck and i was ridin my little Yamaha tri-z 125 and it went 45. I had my little borhter (120lbs) ride the 125 and i rode the 200s, (i'm 167lbs) and i smoked him bad.

boreing an engine out will not make it go any faster unless the engine is very tired and in need of a rebuild. also there is no such thing as a TRI-Z 125
looking for a TRI-Z 250 to restore at the moment
