The airstriker is a Keihin PWK carb. They come in 38mm, 39mm, 40mm and can be bored all the way to 41.5mm (not an easy job but doable). Same as the normal PWK carbs but with extra vents etc. They work REALLY well these carbs and I find them very easy to tune..
You can find them at sudco, ebay, online retailers.
I'd go for a brand new one if I could afford it.

    That motor work is... BADASS!!!!

Honda3, how much money you got to spend is the next question man...

Wish I never had to sell any of my rides though..

Actually the Air Striker versions only come stock in 35 and 38mm, but like you mentioned some guys bore them. If he wants to go fast the 38mm is the ticket.

Well, I'd start by stripping down what I have and decide on colours..
Then get the frame modded (if any) according to the gameplan and order some fresh plastics (ebay or here).
This should get you going towards the get the cosmetics done direction...
Oh yeah decision time. Headlight or number plate? Colour? Shrouds?

I'm not 100% sure either on the transmission changes from 85 to 86..I was just told that info. It will give us something to do ,find the printed ration on the 5 speed vs the 6 sp.
Id have to concour with the above post ..about what riding style your after, FAST means a lot of different things to a lot of people. I like the idea of the 350 kit as its more power everywhere, probably great for any and all conditions, and if ported to the match the modification to the ports /transfers along with a carb, modern reeds...Im guessining it would be pretty scary fast and realistically its not a whole lot of $. KLEMM said $1080.00 that was just the new sleeve and the necessary mods, I,m sure his quote did not include port work and reworking a billet or stock head. A pipe spec built is probably $600.00-$1000.00, a carb , newer reeds and tuning another $300.00. For trail riding Id go for a motor that is relatively close to stock and not to high strung. That also saves a lot of $$$ ALSO DID YOU SAY YOU WERE 15 YEARS OLD ? If SO you ruined my whole day...lol as Im trying to afford just one 3 wheeler at 48 yrs old.
