The gap is something that happens over time due to warpage from exposure and the tension from the seat cover pulling on it. Unless they are basically mint condition they all seem to do that.

this one will ultimately have a vlaster bottom end with vitos 240 kit, 3mm stroker, fat ba stard pipe and silencer, boyesen rad valve, and 30mm carb cant wait till that day. I just need to find a blaster bottom end.

I don't know why I never thought about that swap before, that's a GREAT idea! I had a built blaster that I sold about a year ago, l=absolutely loved the engine but seriously hated the handling of that machine. Keep up the great work!

Yeah I had a 240 stroked blaster back in the day then traded it in on a banshee, the motor was sweet tits but the quad was meh... I think a 250 stroked blaster in a 200x will be greased lightning. thanks for the compliment on the 200x I went 2100 over budget on the build (2200 over if captain sells me his rear brake setup aas I have none right now) but you know how it goes. tell the old lady I stayed in budget then when she eventually sees the bank statements and receipts "why you bringing up old stuff?" lol
