Looks good man!! Don't be surprised if the 110 is too lean.

Not sure of your elevation but the pipe alone will likely be happier with a 112 minimum, and you have other mods too right?

I love the front fender. I'm gonna get one

I think the old hubs might be 110 mm Honda, like 200s or something. Not positive. Well, I'm pretty positive lol

Really? Maybe I have the mm wrong but they look exactly like the 85 200s hubs I have here.

I'd recommend just check the plug on the pilot. If you end up 3 turns out on the fuel screw then go up a size on the pilot.

Forgive me but I hate writing out jetting procedures so maybe someone wants to go through all that.

My best advice is always to change ONE THING AT A TIME, and record your results on paper. If it works do it more. If it don't, do it less.

they could be 200s hubs I will dig my 200s out of the barn later and check but they do fit the paddle tire rims I use on my banshee I know that much.
Edit: thanks for all the help you have offered thus far Been a minute since ive messed with an x last one I had was a stroker my uncle built. this one will ultimately have a vlaster bottom end with vitos 240 kit, 3mm stroker, fat ba stard pipe and silencer, boyesen rad valve, and 30mm carb cant wait till that day. I just need to find a blaster bottom end.

Tank should be done tomorrow now only waiting on jets and carb rebuild kit from dennis kirk I also got a thor sentinal pro chest protector for under 50 bucks in their closeout section should be here today. I am getting antsy been a few days since ive done anything to her and i feel like im neglecting her lol. should i go get a rag wipe her down then sit on her making engine noises? lol
Edit: the old hubs do look like my 200s hubs but the bolt pattern is different.

Aww bro that looks great!! Some won't like that rear fender but I dig it for sure!!

Did you by chance bend the living hell out of your seat pan to get it to lay flat against the tank...

Yeah took a heat gun to the pan and flattened it right out the put the foam and cover on. got sick of that big ass gap. not sure what the gap was even from. and the fenders will ultimately be 525 outlaw rears or maybe raptor but these will suffice for now. thanks for all the positive feedback.
