Tricky Dicks conversion?? FOR SALE just painted EBAY 1974 xl350 ATC conversion

This is a vin verified 1974 Honda XL350 Enduro, with a 3 wheeler conversion kit or two. I have found a little info on these through this site, Ebay, Cycle World Magazine and Google. Tricky Dicks and a couple other companies offered these kits that you could install on your dirt bike to turn it into a Cagiva like ATC three wheeler. I have personally only ran across 1 of these besides this one. I have owned 40 motorcycles, sold and bought across the world. If anyone has any info on who or where this was built. It would be neat to have that information. This is for sale on Ebay. starting bid .99cents. Has spark kicks over but have not got it running.

Looks to be in great shape! However, it's not a Tricky Dick's conversion. The triples and swingarm are very different from what we would have made.
