ATC 110 Carb Settings

Hey everyone,

I'm working on my 83 110 again and it's giving me some trouble. It has been sitting for over two years so I decided to drain the fuel and clean the carb. I took the whole carb apart, even the pilot and brass jets. Everything seemed good and clean so I put the carb back together and put it on the bike. The bike started after a while but would barely idle at all. It would idle for about 5 seconds every ten pulls. I was able to slowly give it gas (giving it a lot of throttle kills it) and get a lap around the house before I shut her off. She hasn't been able to idle since. On a side note I cleaned the spark plug and removed the air filter for ease of access.

Does anyone know the proper settings (amount of turns) the jets and other items should be set to? Any ideas on what I should try next?

Reinstall the air filter box it needs the back pressure to run properly .

I just tried to install the air filter to see if that was the issue. Unfortunately, the issue still exists.
