Arrow BW 200 chain adjuster tool I NEED ONE

I'm looking for the tool that adjusts the primary chain on the 200 big wheel or a pic of the tool so I can make one I'm tired of using a chisel/punch

Did you ever find one of these? I am in the hunt for one as well. Nearest I can tell it is a 28mm nut.

I didn't have one and my bushings were froze up. I ended taking the whole swinger off and pressing the bushings out with a c clamp and sockets. When I got them out I cleaned the bores with some 800 grit sand paper and did the same tothe bushings. I put everything back together with never seize and they rotated freely so I could turn them easily with a screw driver. Only advice I can give on the tool is to take everything apart like I did, measure the nuts and cut a tool out of 1/8" flat stock.

Mine turns by hand a little, but I dont want to go at it with a screw driver. There is a time in my life when I would have done that without thinking twice, but not any more.

I dont think I made it clear how easy they turned. I didn't have to pry them or chisel them, I just had to use a screw driver cause my fingers didn't fit in.
