    ..We used my cell phone's gps to clock top speed on my hunny's 86 250R .... got up to 69mph, though that's here at the shop where the elevation is 8100ft, and on a bike that's suffering from "piston slap"

    Don't know about "at the rear wheels", but the engine on an '85 250R is 38hp. '86 is the same (slightly different carb).

    Thanks guy. I just got my new big bore motor back and CT said it should put 64 hp to the wheels. Was wondering what stock was.
