I am running a 200x rear disc on my 90.. Using a Kx85 rear caliper, master cylinder and brake hose. I made a bracket to mount the caliper. It is currently apart in my garage right now or I would take a picture. It works great, but does lock up the rear wheels very quick.

how did you mont the disk? did you turn down an atc90 brake hub and then weld a bracket to it?

For my disc brake setup I used an sprocket hub from another atc and it fit the splines perfectly. It did need a small spacer to take the place of the brake drum.

    It may have been a 200x hub. I know I used a 200x rotor. My axle is from a 1979 atc 90

a 200x disc will slide on the axle , may need a small spacer not sure yet? guess it depends on caliper that you use.
