98 ktm 65 sx electrical problems

got this 65sx that won't start. it will spark once then thats it. wait a sec and it will spark once again. tryied moving wires changed plugs, change the plug cap, unpluged the kill switch. still does it. will spark once then thats it. then wait a sec and spark again. think its the coil/cdi but not sure.

anyone have a manual? or had this problem before?
