    350X headlight on 200X, Possible?

Hi, I'd like to know if it's possible to run the 350x headlight on an 85 200x. i understand the mounting brackets would have to be altered, I was mostly wondering if the 200x lighting system can support the 350x headlights. I currently don't have a headlight, and I think the 350x headlight is a much nicer light to put on my 200x. any input would be appreciated.

I know I had a 200x at one point with a 350x headlamp. I didn't put it on there though. I suggest going for it, it will probably work fine but if you need more power ricky stator FTW.

My 200x has one and it works great. You just have to wire both bulbs together into the switch. As far as mounting you use the little rubber straps on the 350x headlight.

I have a 250sx that I'm installing a 200x front end on and I'm hoping I can install the 250sx headlight on the 200x because the 250sx light is bright. Last year I installed a automotive halogen light bulb and it's supper bright. I like the way the 350x headlight looks but man are they pricey on eBay, that's why I'll try to make the 250sx work since I didn't get a headlight with the 200x front end.

No I just used the stock stator, but I can't remember if it had full brightness or not. Seems like only one light would work real good and the other one was kinda dim.

83-85 200X will not produce enough electricity for a 350X light satisfactorily unless you spend the money and get an aftermarket stator.

I believe I've read that an 86 and up will run the 350X lights.

you got to run one light as low beam and the other as high , adjust the aim of the lights , the stock stater wont run both at full brightness but if wired as stated they work great! good luck!!
