I ordered a black set of 1sr gen rear fenders for one of my 200X`s along with a front black 250R fender.
I emailed this cat (zmperformance) before I BIN`ed the fenders to ask for reduced shipping on multiple items....waited 5 days, no response....bought them anyway and paid same time and sent him a message with payment for my choice of colors.
That was 2/18/11 (friday)
today, I haven`t received them yet and was about to send him another email but lo and behold, he had emailed me a tracking number (finally) for Fed-Ex TODAY
problem is, Fedex didn`t get the fenders until last night from him and now the projected delivery date is 3/15/11.....almost a friggin MONTH after I paid for these.
Now I try and be a patient, understanding customer but if you run an Ebay STORE, I would think you would be a little more "on the ball" about answering emails and at least take less than three weeks to get these to the shipper.
I had a ride scheduled with some friends/family this weekend I been looking forward to all winter and thought a couple weeks or so is enought to get my new fenders for my son`s ride delivered.......so I threw the old trashed fenders out.
Am I being a dick about it? I had bought two other sets from GHdiscountATV and was going that route again but decided that I would go with ZM this time and save a few bux on shipping charges....I should have known better than to worry about an extra $20
but a MONTH? seriously? Maybe if it was the shipper`s fault but finding out it never made it to Fedex for three weeks after I paid for it and I`m a little DRY about it for sure.
