Now they are here too... Absolutely drool worthy for sure. Is there any work done to the internals of the motor?

this is a factory Tecate,,,,that would be yes......Harry Klemm was the best....and there is only one of these...Jimmy and donnie tecate was JP done....
Someone from this site will own this Tecate soon,,,so make me an offer.......
Very cool machine if it is in fact the last survivor. Was it common practice for Team Green to weld the loop on the back of frame eliminating the grab bar? Who actually raced this machine, and where? I love history lessons.........
I and Heidi Deck raced it ..........it has a quick release seat,, two pin and the seat and rear fenders are off. this Tecate has 4 aatva national races last race was in Ohio August of 1987... What do you think about the hydraulic steering on it.....cool
Yes. Very cool indeed and glad you have decided to share this machine with us. Thank you........
My 86 was said to be a team green trike when i bought it, its about identical to that except for the pipe and my rear frame is ripped off. Same seat mount, steering stab., calfab swinger, etc. I can tell you that the port work in my engine is pretty intense. The guy who put it together for me said its faster than his 87 kx250 by far. Gorgeous trike, good luck selling
Actually, my steering stabilizer is different i believe, i didn't see the same mount on yours. Where is it in there?
motor work was done buy Klemm or jp i would say,,I will say klemm Research did not engrave nothing on the cylinders, we had little heat thermo stickers on the cylinder..i tried to show it in the picture....
very trick,,,it is all hydraulic built in to the frame...
